Connector setup session (90 min)

We connect Claude to your accounting software, CRM, Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) and other supported tools on a screen share, and verify each connection works.

Three to five working automations

Built with you, for your business — for example: weekly cash and receivables summary from your books, CRM follow-up drafting, meeting prep from calendar and email, or document summaries into a shared Drive folder.

Is this an official Anthropic program or partnership?

No. Small Business Training Planner is an independent consultancy. We implement the kind of setup described in Anthropic's Claude for Small Business announcement for clients, but we are not affiliated with, certified by or endorsed by Anthropic, and we are not a reseller of Claude.

Do I need a Claude subscription?

Yes — you purchase your Claude plan directly from Anthropic. The engagement fee covers our setup, automation and training work, not the subscription.

Which tools can be connected?

Any tool with a supported Claude connector or integration at the time of your engagement. Common ones for small businesses include accounting, CRM, Google Workspace and project-management software. We confirm your specific tools on the readiness call.

What about our data?

We walk through the relevant privacy and data-handling settings with you during setup and document them in the playbook. We do not retain access to your accounts after the engagement ends.

What is your refund policy?
