Questions

Does the audit include building the automations?

No — the audit is the plan. Implementation is a separate engagement (the AI Business Automation Setup), and the audit fee is credited toward it if you book within 30 days.

Do we need any particular software already?

No. The recommendations are written for the tools you have, and name software categories rather than specific vendors where a choice is still open.

How much of my team's time does it take?

Roughly 20 minutes per person for the questionnaire, one hour for the walkthrough and 45 minutes for the review call.
